1.2 If you believe there is an error with the gift card code provided or do not receive the expected gift card, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of your purchase. We will investigate the issue and work towards resolving it to your satisfaction.

1.3 Gift Card Space reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any return or exchange for a gift card if we believe it to be in violation of our Terms of Service or fraudulent in nature.

• Refunds

2.1 Refunds for purchased gift cards will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, such as if an error occurs on our part or if a refund is required by law.

2.2 In case of an eligible refund, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to be processed and reflected in your account.
